Ingredients
2 whole Lavraki (sea bass), cleaned and gutted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ cup olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Season the fish inside and out with salt, pepper, and oregano.
